MAN FACES COURT OVER STOLEN CAR AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGES

Police subsequently spotted the vehicle on Main Road, Fennel Bay around 4pm yesterday.
The car failed to stop when requested, and a pursuit ensued.

It’s also been alleged the man had been involved in a previous domestic related incident.
He was charged with 14 offences, including two counts of contravening a domestic AVO, common assault, Skye’s Law (police pursuit), use of an unregistered vehicle, assaulting an officer in execution of duty, and resisting an officer in execution of duty
