A 47-year-old man will face court next month – accused of attempting to groom a teenage girl.
Police allege he approached the 13 year old on Hunter Street on Friday night…making several comments to her…before the pair left in a taxi.
She fled when it arrived at her location.
The man was later charged with procuring a child under 14.
