Months of uncertainty over the future of the Belmont Baths could soon be brought to an end, with Lake Macquarie Council indicating a resolution will be a priority in 2017.
Community members were asked to have their say at the end of last year on a number of options for the foreshore including rebuilding a one-sided jetty.
“we’ve asked them for their comments and that’s all come back into council and we should be addressing that early in the year.”
It comes after the 2015 April super storm destroyed the facility.
