  1. Hi Anna
I am the mother of Sean Ingham who is 18 and is the local lawn bowler who appeared in your news article on Thursday 20 June – Silver Nugget 18-20 yr olds – LAWN BOWLS. Unfortunately I missed the television interview and also an interview earlier in the year. I do not know how to get a copy of both these interviews. Are you able to help me get a copy so I can also pass onto relatives in other states. I think it is wonderful that you report on the sport of Lawn Bowls as it has always been known as an ‘oldies’ sport but the youngsters of today are now taking it on and want to change the image of this sport. Sean is currently:
2012 Bowls Australia Junior Male Bowler of the Year
2010-2013 Bowls Queensland Junior Male Bowler of the Year (back to back x 3)
2012 Inaugural David Fordham Junior Bowler of the Year
He has also won his club (Broadbeach Bowls Club Open Men’s Singles and Pairs. Also 2013 District Open Mens Pairs. And a lot more ……
Really would appreciate your help with a copy of the interview and previous interview I think around March with Sean Ingham and Mark Casey – Australian Bowler of the year and also Gold Coasters.

Many thanks. I hope to hear from you.
Robyn Ingham (mum of Sean Ingham)

  2. Hi Robyn,
It’s great to see a local young lad do so well at Bowls.
Unfortunately we don’t keep the raw interviews on file, so the best we could do would be to send you hard copies of the stories that are on the website.
You can request them by emailing: news@nbntv.com.au mailto:news@nbntv.com.au
    Regards
    Anna
