SANTA GETS THE EARLY SWELL AT BAR BEACH

There was an early wake up call for some of Santa’s helpers in Newcastle this morning, hitting the waves for the annual Santa Surf.

All dressed in red like the big guy himself, the group took to Bar Beach at sunrise, surfing against a stunning golden backdrop.

Despite the small swell, spirits were high ahead of the festive season.
