Lots of storm action across the tropics again today as the wet season moves into high gear with cyclone Yvette now formed. Yvette will cross the Pilbara coast in WA over the Christmas weekend.
All clear in the south east. Storms again for northern NSW today.
Showers and inland storms are going to become a permanent feature west of the Divide in NSW for the Christmas weekend, firing up each afternoon. The lead up to the New Year is going to be a hot one with heat developing from Boxing Day.
