‘CAROLS AT CANIABA’ HAILED SUCCESS

Lismore-based cancer charity Jodie’s Inspiration, is hailing its inaugural carols at Caniaba (can-eye-ba) a success.

More than 500 people attended the festive spectacular last night, which featured performances from local musicians and a fireworks display.

Thousands of dollars, destined for local cancer wards, was donated by the crowd.

Organisers hope to make the carols an annual event.
