A man has been ordered to face court over the death of two children in the mid north coast town of Bowraville, 25 years ago.
The man was previously found not guilty of the murders.
The order comes after Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione formally apologised to the children’s families, for the way the initial police investigation was handled.
