MARINERS LOCK IN RISING STAR

Trent Buhagiar’s impressive start to the A-league season has earned him a contract extension with the Central Coast Mariners.

The deal will see the exciting youngster wear the yellow and navy until the end of the 2018/19 season.

It’s a dream come true for the Central Coast born and bred footballer.

“I’ve been supporting the clubs since I was probably started at a younger age and playing for them now it’s amazing and obviously it’s a big thing for me.”

It’s been a big year for the 18 year old juggling football and his HSC, as well as earning a call up into a Young Socceroos training camp.
