Two teenagers have been involved in a high speed crash with a pregnant woman on the Central Coast last night.
Around 11pm yesterday, police were at a traffic stop on the Pacific Highway at Charmhaven when they observed a car travelling south at high speed.
Police went to follow the car, when a second vehicle – a Holden Commodore – narrowly missed them before colliding with a Toyota Corolla.
Police allege the Holden was travelling about 150km/h just before the accident.
The 17-year-old driver suffered a leg injury, while his 16-year-old male passenger suffered soreness.
A 29-year-old pregnant woman who was driving the Corolla suffered minor facial injuries.
All three were taken to hospital.
Investigations are continuing.
