Port Macquarie’s Simone Smith is in the mix to make her Australian rugby league debut, named in the 25-woman squad for next week’s ANZAC Test.
It follows the 23-year-old’s impressive performance in the Indigenous All Stars side earlier this year.
The Jillaroos squad goes into camp tomorrow, before the final team is decided on Sunday.
They’ll take on the Kiwi Ferns in Canberra next Friday night.
