A female P-plate driver has allegedly blown three times over the legal alcohol limit – with a 6-month-old baby on board.
The 28-year-old was pulled over by officers in Coffs Harbour at around 2am – following reports the car had narrowly missed hitting a fence at a fast food restaurant.
She was subject to a random breath test, and allegedly returned a positive reading.
The woman was arrested an taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station where officers claimed she blew 0.171
She was issued a field court attendance notice, and will appear in court in December.
