The Uniting Church and Target have teamed up for the 25th year, to present the Giving Box Appeal in Tamworth.
Presents and cash donations are being accepted, with about $1000 raised already for those less fortunate.
“Joy to the world! The Lord is come. Let Earth receive the King.”
People are encouraged to leave presents under the tree at Target’s Peel Street store.
