GUNNEDAH WATERWAYS WILDLIFE PARK GETS A BOOST

Gunnedah Shire Council have committed up to $100,000 in funding to keep the Waterways Wildlife Park up and running.
The money will be used to appoint a full-time Wildlife Park Manager.
The family-owned park has been an integral part of the community for decades, having faced closure a number of times due to costs.
The financial support from council is part of a wider strategic plan to make the park viable for the future.
