Nathan Tinkler has made a sensational appearance at the Planning Assessment Commission hearing into the Drayton South coal mine.
The mining magnate and former stud owner took aim at the equine industry, labelling it a “merry-go-round of scandal”, while pushing for the controversial project’s approval.
