A South Australian motorcyclist has allegedly blown more than three times the legal blood alcohol limit, while riding at Lake Macquarie overnight.
The man was stopped on the Pacific Highway at Gateshead at around midnight, after police say they saw the bike being ridden in a dangerous manner.
The 53-year-old allegedly returned a reading of 0.178, he was charged with high-range drink driving and riding an unregistered bike.
