A 78-year-old woman remains in a serious but stable condition at the Lismore Base Hospital, after a high-speed rollover on the Bruxner Highway west of Drake yesterday afternoon.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to the scene, as well as ambulance paramedics and SES crews, who worked to free the woman trapped in the wreckage.
A second occupant in the vehicle, an 81-year-old man, was treated for minor injuries before being transported to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
