A man charged with the murder of missing, Tamworth mum Johann Morgan will face trial next year.
Troy Jason Ruttley has pleaded not guilty and will front Tamworth Supreme Court next June, where the trial is expected to run for four weeks.
Johann Morgan has not been seen since August last year and despite extensive searches, her body has never been found.
Ruttley was charged with her murder in December and remains in custody.
