A 21-year-old has been shot in the torso on the state’s north coast early this morning.
Shortly after midnight this morning, police responded to reports of a shooting at Raleigh Street, Nambucca Heads.
On arriving at a block of units, police found a 21-year-old man outside with a single gunshot wound to his abdomen.
He was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Police believe two unknown offenders that reportedly fled the scene in a dark coloured vehicle may be able to help with their inquries.
