LPSC CHANGES TO FULL DAY MEETINGS

The Liverpool Plains Shire Council has decided to abandon its current form of committee meetings, in favour of trialling a new full day format.

Starting in November, council will hold one day of workshops and presentations in a morning session followed by an ordinary meeting in the afternoon.

Council hopes the move will allow all business to be dealt with in one day.

The first meeting in the new format will be held on Wednesday November 23.
