COUNCIL TURNS ITS BACK ON CBA

Nambucca Shire Council has agreed overnight, to avoid all future products offered by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
The decision comes, after the big bank announced the closure of its Macksville branch.
Mayor Rhonda Hoban says she wants a representative to come and visit the town, so they can see what a thriving area it really is.
Businesses say the loss of such an essential service is frustrating for the community.
Petitions have gained around a thousand signatures, requesting the CBA to reconsider its choice to shut down on the 25th of next month.
