Tragedy at Medowie overnight, with a 17-year-old boy dead after the motorbike he was riding crashed into a parked ute on Abundance Drive.
Paramedics arrived just after 10 o’clock, but sadly the teenager – from Raymond Terrace – couldn’t be revived.
Police say initial investigations indicate speed and lighting on the road may have played a factor.
