Residents will soon move into nine affordable two-bedroom townhouses, built by North Coast Community housing.
Dignitaries opened the ‘Rainforest Creek’ estate in Goonellabah, this morning.
Centrally located – each of the dwellings will either be sold or leased at a discount.
“Everyone is working to that aim, to provide quality affordable housing to people who need it.”
“Three will be available for affordable housing and two will be available for social housing.”
Rental vacancy rates remain close to 1% throughout the Northern Rivers.
