BRIDGE BACK FOR ANOTHER BULLS SEASON

Taree City Bulls coach Gary Bridge has back-flipped on his decision to head into retirement, after being re-appointed for 2017 Group Three season.

Bridge coached the first grade side into fourth position this year and puts his return down to, unfinished business.

“With the side we had, with the injuries we had, we thought well one year’s not long enough I need to do it again and my young bloke is keen to help because he coached the 18s to victory so I said alright we’ll give it another go for 12 months,” Gary Bridge says.

Meanwhile the club will continue negotiations with Group Three Player of the Year Matt Everitt, with hopes he’ll stay with the Bulls.
