A man who was already disqualified from driving, has been charged after allegedly drink driving with a child in his car.
He was pulled over by police for a random breath test on Wahroonga Street Raymond Terrace just before 5pm on Thursday. A seven-year-old boy was also in the car.
Police then discovered he was banned from driving until October 2018.
The man was charged with mid range PCA, and will face court in November.
