EMERGENCY SERVICES PRECINCT BEHIND SCHEDULE
Works on the Liverpool Plains Emergency Services Precinct have fallen behind schedule, following the unseasonable rain throughout September and October.
The multi-million dollar project was due to be completed by the end of this year, however it now seems it won’t be ready until the second half of 20-17.
The new precinct will house a number of emergency organisations, including the rural fire service and the state emergency service, as well as creating a helipad suitable for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
