KNIGHTS CONFIRM INTEREST IN DAVID FIFITA

Knights CEO Matt Gidley has confirmed the club is interested in signing forward David Fifita.
A photo surfaced on social media last night, showing coach Nathan Brown and general manager Darren Mooney meeting with the player and his brother, Andrew.
Gidley says the Fifitas have a long association with Mooney from their time at the Tigers and the Sharks, but at this point, no formal offer has been made.
Newcastle recently missed out on signing former Titan, Greg Bird.
