A senior police constable has been charged after an alleged altercation involving a male driver on the Central Coast earlier this year.
The altercation happened following a road-related incident near Oval Avenue in Woy Woy, back in February.
Inquires led to the officer being issued a court attendance notice for common assault and intimidation on Monday.
He is scheduled to appear at court on Tuesday 25 October.
