A Gunnedah mother has pleaded guilty via video link this morning at Tamworth Local Court, after a fatal crash last August which killed her two-year-old daughter and left her 11-month-old son with critical injuries.
The then-20-year-old was driving on the New England Highway near Willow Tree when her car went down an embankment.
The woman was on a suspended learner’s permit at the time.
The case has been adjourned until October 10.
