MARINERS GIVE CANBERRA YOUNG GUNS A GO

There were a few new faces at Mariners training today.

Three Canberra players and one coach joined the A-League outfit for a week-long trial at the Centre Of Excellence.

Canberra Olympic’s Jordan Tsekenis was among them, eager to learn from fellow winger Connor Pain.
“It’s great to watch him, how he runs, what runs he makes, his touches, where he plays the ball, how he plays the ball, it’s great to watch, get to be next to him and get some advice off him”

They’ll head home on Sunday.
