It’s been complete since June this year, but the new multi-purpose centre at Fort Scratchley is still sitting idle 6 months on.
The facility was built by the federal government to provide a revenue stream for the Fort, but those wanting to use the centre have been told it could be another 3 months at least until it’s open.
