A fast moving front is closing in.
Tomorrow cloud will increase and widespread scattered showers will develop, particularly over northern NSW.
The rain band will begin to sweep in from the west during the evening and move across the region overnight and into Saturday.
By Saturday afternoon, it will have cleared from the Hunter and Central Coast, contracting to the north east and clearing from the Gold Coast by Sunday morning.
Sunday will be fine and sunny for the entire region.
