Football fans on the north coast will get to Socceroos superstar Tim Cahill in action when Melbourne City play the Newcastle Jets in Coffs Harbour early next year.
It will be the first time the city will host an A-League fixture.
Cahill’s addition to the side is expected to result in big crows for the regional match on January 27 at International Stadium.
He is the Socceroo’s all time most prolific goal scorer.
