Newcastle Knights flyer Nathan Ross has inked a new deal, which will keep him at the club until the end of 2018.
Ross, who was once told by former Knights coach Wayne Bennett to find a new career path, has been a stand out performer in the red and blue this year.
The 27-year-old has scored seven tries this season, including this spectacular effort against St George Illawarra.
Ross left the field injured in the 24th minute of yesterday loss to the Bulldogs.
