A West Ballina truck driver has been charged with several dangerous driving offences, following a crash near Clunes in February this year.
It’s alleged his truck, carrying gas cylinders, crossed onto the wrong side of Bangalow Road before colliding with an oncoming ute.
Its driver, a 35 year old Wollongbar Man, suffered serious leg injuries – while the 57 year old truck driver was uninjured.
He’ll now front Lismore Local Court in September.
