Police are appealing for information after a woman was robbed at knifepoint in Tamworth overnight.
Emergency services were called to a motel on Goonoo Goonoo Road, between Vera and Kent Streets at around 10pm, after four males broke into a room.
It’s believed a 45-year-old woman, who was staying in the room, was threatened with a knife when one of the men tried to take her handbag.
One of the males is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, aged between 14 and 16.
