CARY STREET ROAD WORKS PROGRESSING

A major thoroughfare at Toronto will soon become a lot safer, with major works progressing along Cary Street.

New traffic lights have now been switched on between The Boulevarde and Bay streets, while work is continuing on the construction of a median strip and line marking.

The $8.8-million upgrade is due to be completed before the end of September.

  1. The road works in Toronto is a waste of money and is of no help to the traffic problems in the area. As anyone who regularly uses this road will agree the money would have been better spent further along Cary st Bay st where the traffic bottle necks and parked cars are regularly hit by traffic trying to merge.
