The Newcastle North Stars have maintained second spot on the Australian Ice Hockey League ladder, following a 5-2 win over the Sydney Bears.
The home side took an early lead thanks to Josh Harris, before the visiting Bears hit back in the second period to grab a 2-1 advantage.
But the final term belonged to Newcastle, with goals to Brandon Greenside, Mat Lindsay and a second to Harris sealing the win.
