NEW ENGLAND RUGBY ARRIVES AT POINTY END

The New England Rugby Union finals get underway tomorrow, with the minor premiers St Alberts College hosting the Armidale Blues at Belle Vue for the major semi.
Albies hold the upper hand over the three-time defending champions, winning two of the three matches between the teams this year.
However the Blues have been known to show form in the finals, downing the students in the decider last year, and 2013.
Meanwhile Sunday’s match sees Robb College travel to Alcatraz, to tackle the Barbarians in an elimination semi final.
