A 53-year-old man will face a Central Coast court next month, after allegedly firing shots at a Palmdale property, in an attempt to move on trespassers.
On Sunday at about 5.30pm, it’s alleged the accused had asked the group,who were doing donuts on vacant land to move on, before leaving and returning with a firearm.
The man then allegedly shot at dirt banks nearby, before police arrived.
The accused surrendered to police and was arrested a short time later.
He was granted conditional bail charged with discharging a firearm.
He’ll return to Wyong Local Court on August 3.
