A teenager has died in a road accident near Maitland yesterday.
Shortly before 7am on Friday, emergency services responded to reports of a car leaving the road and hitting a tree on Gresford Road, East Gresford.
The 18-year-old female P-plate driver died at the scene.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
