A dream has come true for Mid North Coast’s Jake Lauder, who has once again been selected to represent New South Wales in touch football.
The 17-year-old Taree High School student has been named in the Under 18s state team now two years in a row.
“Not many kids from around here get to play for New South Wales and I don’t know I was sort of lost for words when I found out I was picked again ,” he says.
The 14-strong team will head to the Sunshine Coast in September to compete in the National Youth Championships.
