The Northern Inland Academy of Sport’s athletes will be celebrated tomorrow night, at the annual awards ceremony.
It’s been a successful 12 months, with both basketball squads going through the Academy Games undefeated.
While other sports went on tours, attending professional matches.
“Every athlete that comes in to the Academy has a dream of turning into an elite athlete within their chosen sport. So for us, it’s about showing what the elite athletes are doing, and not just on the field. We take them to the high performance centres.”
