INVESTIGATION INTO CRESCENT HEAD HOUSE FIRE CONTINUES
Detectives have released computer images of two men, who may be able to assist with their investigation into a house fire at Crescent Head last month.
A 66-year-old man was asleep in his Baker Drive home on June 17, when he was woken by an explosion just before midnight.
He smelt what he believed was gunpowder, before going back to sleep.
Then at around 2:30am, he woke again to find flames at the front of his home.
He managed to escape uninjured, but his house was destroyed.
Police would like to speak with several men who were standing outside the house before the fire.
Anyone who may know their identity is asked to contact Kempsey detectives.
