To netball and despite the inclusion of Swifts goalkeeper Lauren Moore, the Central Coast Heart were defeated by St George Sparks in the Premier League last night.
Despite a gusty display, the side was outplayed by the Sparks in all four quarters, losing by 20 points.
The Heart must now win the final two rounds to keep their finals hopes alive.
