A home and two cars have been destroyed by fire at Raymond Terrace this morning.
Fire fighters were called to the blaze on Holwell Circuit at about 9:30am and found the house well alight.
Two cars, including what appears to be a mobile coffee van, were also severely damaged.
A mother, two young children and their teenage brother were inside at the time, but all occupants are now safe.
Inspector Duncan White from Fire and Rescue NSW says the fire seems to have started from an electrical source.
