A Moree-based doctor has been banned from practicing without supervision, after he was found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct by the state’s Health Care Complaints Commission.
73 year-old Sunil Kumar Dan prescribed a pregnant woman drugs in 20-12, that have been linked to the unborn child’s death.
His ban will start from July 25, when he’ll then only be to practice in a group setting, treating no more than 60 patients a week.
