HUNTER PHARMACIST CHARGED WITH SUPPLYING PROHIBITED DRUGS
Two men, including a pharmacist, have been charged with drug supply offences, following raids at several Hunter properties.
A 36-year-old pharmacist was arrested yesterday morning, after detectives attached to Strike Force Blacklock searched a home in Lorn.
It follows earlier raids at his home and a pharmacy in Rutherford.
Police allegedly seized more than 100 boxes of prescription medication, steroids, pseudoephedrine tablets and other restricted substances.
He’s been charged with a string of offences including supplying a prohibited drug.
Meanwhile officers also raided two other homes at Tenambit and East Maitland.
A 30-year-old man was arrested at Tenambit and later charged with several offences, including supplying a prohibited drug.
