Some of Australia’s best rifle shooters will take part in the New South Wales Field Rifle Championships when they’re staged at Coffs Harbour’s Dairyville Range later this week.
It’s the first time in the history of the 135-year-old event that it’s being staged outside of Sydney.
The century-old Coffs Harbour Rifle Club operates the Dairyville Range which is recognised as one of the best shooting complexes in the state.
Competition gets underway Friday morning.
