A Maitland woman has won a healthy $200,000 in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot, and says it’s all thanks to good karma.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, found out this week she’d won the first prize from a draw last Wednesday.
“I’m in shock at the moment – I think it’ll sink in later! You wouldn’t believe how much this win means to me,” she said.
“I believe in good karma – if you give, you will receive and I believe that’s what’s happened.”
She plans to pay off her mortgage with the money.
The winning ticket was purchased from the Terrace Plaza Newsagency in Raymond Terrace.
